Meet Stevie: An Important Member of Our Support Team

We’d like to introduce you to an important member of our support team: Stevie.

We won Stevie at the world’s premier business competition, The Stevie Awards, which recognize the achievements of call center, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide.

What does that mean for you, our NYLearns users?

It means that our help desk is awesome at getting our users the information that they need in a timely manner through resources like our new support page, video tutorials, FAQs, and of course, straight from our amazing support team!

But it wasn’t just our help desk that won this award.  We share it with the educators who dream up new teacher tools, the developers who build those tools and fix our bugs, and the design team who makes everything look really sharp.
